It is a square you can hold in two fingers. Break it and the chocolate gives way to a creamy, roasted peanut centre.
The final bite profile is still in development. Our aim is a clean shell, generous filling and a finish that calls for another square without feeling heavy.

The chocolate exterior is designed to hold its own before giving way to the softer centre.

We will test proportions, sweetness, manufacturing consistency and how the product travels. The goal is a dependable bite, not a great sample that cannot survive the trip to a shelf.
